Opt-in. You will only receive SMS messages from Halo Prime if you expressly consent by checking an unchecked SMS consent box on one of our web forms and providing your phone number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

What we send. Messages relate to your inquiry or relationship with Halo Prime: responses to questions, sea-trial and sneak-peek appointment scheduling and reminders, boat show invitations, and updates you have requested. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.

Message and data rates may apply; check with your mobile carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No sharing of SMS data. Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are shared only with our SMS service providers to the extent necessary to deliver the messages you requested.

We use HighLevel (GoHighLevel) as our customer relationship management (CRM) and communications platform. Information you submit through our forms — including your name, contact details, and SMS consent status — is stored and processed in GoHighLevel on our behalf so we can manage inquiries, appointments, and the communications you have requested, including delivery of SMS messages through its telephony carriers. GoHighLevel processes this data solely as our service provider and is not permitted to use it for its own marketing.

Our website is hosted on managed cloud infrastructure, and we use basic analytics to understand site traffic. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate this website and understand how it is used. Essential cookies are strictly necessary for the site to function — for example, session cookies that maintain security and remember your state as you move between pages. These typically expire when you close your browser. Persistent (preference) cookies remain on your device for a set period and remember choices you have made — such as preferences or whether you have already interacted with a form — so you do not have to repeat them on each visit.
