You may use the Site for lawful purposes related to learning about, comparing, configuring, and inquiring about our boats and merchandise. You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content for commercial reuse, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.

By checking an SMS consent box on one of our web forms and providing your mobile number, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Halo Prime at the number provided, sent via our communications platform (HighLevel / GoHighLevel) and its telephony carriers. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. The SMS program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older; by opting in, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

Messages may include both informational content (answers to questions, sea-trial and sneak-peek scheduling confirmations and reminders) and marketing or promotional content (boat show invitations, new model announcements, pricing updates, and offers you have requested). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel; you will receive a final confirmation message. We publish transparent pricing — the Halo 28 base price of $299,000 includes the standard equipment listed on the Site. Published prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes, registration, delivery, and optional equipment unless stated otherwise. Content on the Site, including the Build & Price configurator, is for information only and does not constitute a binding offer; a purchase occurs only under a separately signed purchase agreement.

Specifications, performance figures, availability, and pricing may change as the product evolves, and performance varies with load, sea state, and conditions. Halo 32 details are pre-production estimates. We work to keep the Site accurate, but we do not warrant that all content is error-free.

Information you submit through our forms is processed as described in our Privacy Policy, using GoHighLevel as our CRM and communications platform. Sneak-peek rides, sea trials, and boat show invitations are subject to availability, weather, and safety judgment of the captain, and may be rescheduled or cancelled at our discretion.

The Site and its content — including the Halo Prime name, logos, photography, renders, copy, and design — are owned by Halo Prime or its licensors (including Saint Boats International) and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without our prior written permission.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Boat warranties, if any, are provided solely under the terms of a signed purchase agreement and manufacturer warranty documents — nothing on the Site creates or extends a warranty.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halo Prime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our communications, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Halo Prime, its officers, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
